I'm not quite sure, but some flowers seem to glow because of their nectar.

Do you think the nectar's special in some way? Maybe that's why it's glowing--it's saying "take me."

I wish they'd just more forthcoming with what they do know. Even if they don't know, it doesn't help us help them any to hold things back from us. It just creates more animosity. I'd feel a lot better about this whole thing if they'd just talk to us.

I'd like to think that these gods have a reason for not telling us anything. Like they're bound to secrecy or something...

That's a little optimistic. It'd be nice, but I really doubt that's it. There's a reason they call controlling other people and thinking you know better than them a 'god complex'. [ she doesn't really mean to be such a downer, especially at such a nice party. but...reality calls...]
